Hope You Had a Great Porchfest and Thank You!

Thank you for coming out to support your community and local performing artists, Overlook! We had record participation and record turnout this year: 40+ stages, 100+ artists, and 80+ yard sales were in the mix. The weather was spot-on, and the intervening World Cup matches and nearby Mississippi Street Fair added some extra sizzle.

Overlook Neighborhood Association sponsors the festival and pays the artists. Porchfest is 100% volunteer run with proceeds going directly to the artists, please donate, directly to the right >>>>>

Big thanks to our volunteer team that matched up artists with hosts, raised money through sponsorships and donations, built killer graphics along with the interactive map and website, posted signs and flyers, gave interviews to local media, constructed bingo cards, printed stickers and temporary tattoos, and held down shifts at our info station and D.I.Y. merch area. The big effort appeared to pay off with the neighborhood buzzin’.

We hope you had a wonderful time. Thanks to everyone who played our very first Porchfest Bingo! With over 1000 online views we are excited it was a hit. Big kudos to Everyday Odyssey for volunteering to build the seriously awesome online bingo!
