Upcoming OKNA Meetings
With summer upon us, and things opening back up the OKNA board has looked at the remaining meetings for the summer and would like to send out an update so neighbors can plan ahead. The next General Meeting and the next Board meeting are both canceled because of lack of agenda items, and the business of the season. Please see the full details here.
- June 15 general meeting: cancelled
- July 6 board meeting: cancelled
- July 20 general meeting: we will have this meeting via zoom (Marci and Brad leading)
- Aug 3 board meeting: we will have this meeting (location TBD)
- Aug 17 general meeting: no meeting; we will be hosting a social (location TBD)
- Sept 7: we will have this meeting (location TBD)
- Sept 21: we will have this meeting as it’s our general elections (location TBD)
2. Filming in Overlook Tomorrow, June 14
We received notice about a filming that will take place in Overlook Tomorrow, June 14. This will impact traffic and parking in the immediate area. Please avoid this area, and thank you for your patience. For more info see the letter from production company here.
