Overlook Spring Cleanup Saturday April 13th!
Leading up to Earth Day, come out on Saturday April 13th from 10am-12pm to help do a little spring cleaning around the neighborhood.  We’ll be meeting at the Beach Elementary School Parking Lot, near the field, and will disperse from there.  Just like last year, we will have routes for litter picking across Overlook, and this year we’ll also be partnering with the Beach Community Union to help with cleaning and gardening on the school grounds.
This event is being sponsored by SOLVE, as part of this year’s Oregon Spring Cleanup series.  With that comes access to gloves, vests, pickers, bags and more for volunteers.
Click the link below to register. You don’t have to register ahead of time, but we recommend it.

We would love to see you out there for the cleanup, and to sweeten the deal a bit, we will likely have some local businesses offering rewards for participation like last year. Â Come out for the cleanup to learn more. Â Hope you can make it!

Want to Support the Overlook Neighborhood Association?
With the reorganizing of Portland City government, the city will be reducing budgets for neighborhood non profits like neighborhood associations and community based programs in the 2024/2025 fiscal year.
Moving forward, the Overlook Neighborhood Association will be relying more on community donations and fundraising. Please consider scanning this QR code (or click the link HERE) to send a donation to the Overlook Neighborhood Association to help support future editions of the Views, Porchfest 2024 and neighborhood social gatherings!
The next Overlook Neighborhood Association Meeting will be on Monday April 8, 2024 at Beach Elementary School from 6:30-7:30. We look forward to seeing you there!
