1) Portland Aerial Tram Tours

Staycationing for Spring Break? Consider taking the family for a tour of the control and motor rooms of the Portland Aerial Tram on March 25-27 from 2-4pm. 2) More OurStreets Open Houses Scheduled – Your Input Needed

As promised, a second round of open houses have been scheduled to discuss how the City can provide more funding for transportation needs. These meetings will provide an opportunity to give input and learn more about funding mechanisms and potential maintenance and safety investments. 3) Liquor License Application (deadline 4/4)

Untapped LLC, 1450 N. Prescott St #3.

The OLCC has received an application for an Limited On-Premises and Off-Premises licenses in your community. These two licenses would allow a licensee to sell and serve wine, cider and malt beverages for consumption on the premises, as well as in sealed containers for consumption off the premises. The legal hours to sell alcohol in the state of Oregon are 7:00AM to 2:30AM daily.

The applicant proposes to operate from 11 AM to 9 PM, Sunday through Wed., and from 11 AM to 10 PM, Thursday through Saturday.

The Overlook Yard Sale & Free Share is coming on Saturday, July 19 & Sunday July 20 10AM – 4PM. Organized by Sustainable Overlook, this 4th-annual event needs little introduction. Over 50 households participate each year to offer unwanted home items for sale on Saturday. Then on Sunday, participating neighbors set out by the curb any items they’re happy to give away to neighbors.

City Utility Rate Review: The proposed combined rate increase of 4.92% will be explained in detail and the public will be invited to ask questions of City Commissioners and bureau staff.

Community Budget Forums and Budget Committee Public Hearing: these meetings will provide you with the opportunity to share with City Council how you will be impacted by the City’s budget decisions and express which City services are most important to Portland residents. The forums will be similar to a Council hearing, in which you can sign-up to testify before City Council.
