1) Rescheduled OKNA General Meeting (March 1)
The February Overlook Neighborhood General Meeting was postponed due to snow this week. We will gather on Thursday, March 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kaiser Town Hall (3704 N Interstate Ave.). At the meeting, we will hear from developers with proposals in the neighborhood, discuss whether to apply for a pilot street parking permit program and sending a letter to the city supporting the Graffiti Abatement Program. See the revised agenda for details.
2) Crossing Greeley at adidas
Overlook neighbors know how busy N Greeley Avenue gets, especially in the morning and afternoon weekday rush hours. The light at the adidas campus is a choke point, especially when pedestrians use it instead of the footbridge. Pedestrians and bicyclists should try to use the footbridge whenever possible. It’s safer and it allows traffic to flow more smoothly.
Adidas officials sent a note to employees urging them to do the same.
3) Visitors to adidas on Tuesday evening (Feb. 27)
Fans of the Portland Timbers will gather at the adidas campus on Tuesday evening for a signing event with one of the team’s stars. The Timbers Army issued 250 tickets to members for the event, and each ticket is good for up to two people. Expect some additional traffic and parking on Tuesday starting about 6 p.m. around the adidas campus.
4) Help update OKNA’s bylaws
The Overlook Neighborhood Association seeks residents to serve on a Bylaws Review Committee to review our governing document and suggest changes. We hope residents will bring diverse views to this short-term project that should wrap up by summer.

Any bylaws changes will go to the membership for a vote before adoption.
