rk – The city recently purchased a lot at the end of Skidmore Terrace and the different agencies that manage property in “the parklet” have agreed to have Portland Parks manage the entire area. Here’s your chance to find out how Portland Parks plans to operate our newest park area, including park hours, alcohol, trash pickup, dog area, etc. We’ll also be able to give Sue, the North Zone Portland Parks and Recreation Manager, our feedback on what we’d like to see.
